Sean Donachie

Sean started his career with Capability Scotland in 2003 as an Assistant Support Worker. He has worked in several roles across the charity, recently moved into the role of Deputy Director of Adult Services, overseeing the operations for all of Capability Scotland’s Adult Services, Improvement and Quality, Customer Engagement, and Inclusive Communications.

Sean has experience working with children and adults and with senior leadership roles within social care, health and education.

Sean’s passion is to ensure our customers receive the best possible care and support to meet and exceed their aspirations and desired outcomes. He also ensures that our staff receives the support and resources to realise their ambitions and fulfil their potential.
