Gordon White

Gordon joined Capability Scotland in March 2022, coming from a background in the private sector. Gordon has a passion for helping people to be the best they can be at their work, with strong skills in learning and development and ensures that Human Resources is never seen as a standalone function but as an integral part of any organisation.

Gordon leads our People & Organisational Development team with over 18 years of experience, and his main responsibilities include the creation and progression of our People Strategy, overseeing the employee lifecycle, recruitment, and learning and development.
