Kate Lock

On leaving college with a Business and Accounting qualification, Kate continued working in the hospitality industry she worked in whilst a student. After many years of managing pubs and restaurants in Scotland, and then pubs, clubs and retail outlets for the Navy, Army and Airforce Institute in England and Northern Ireland, followed by a spell as a Civil Servant, Kate joined Capability Scotland in 2008. Kate started as the Quality and Continuous Improvement Administrator moving onto the roles of Improvement and Quality Officer, Customer Experience Adviser before being appointed as the Improvement & Quality Manager.
