My name is Rian, I live in a little place called Annan just outside of Dumfries. I am a young 60-year-old gentleman. I enjoy being in the garden and going out for coffee. I have an interest in Historic Buildings and finding antics in charity shops, but over the last few years my health hasn’t been the best and I currently use a stick to get around. I do struggle being in very busy places with a lot of noise and prefer quieter areas such as garden centres and small coffee shops before the crazy rush. Due to this I am looking to recruit a Personal Assistant to support me in getting out in the community again and to assist me around the house for light housework duties, little bit of gardening and getting medication. I identify as queer, and I am looking to recruit someone that respects my values and choices. I’m looking for someone that is caring and compassionate and shares similar interests as myself. The hours are 8 hours per week, 2 hours would be required on a Friday Morning to assist me in getting my medication and the other hours would be preferable in the mornings to early afternoon, but flexibility is key. The rate of pay is £12 per hour with paid annual leave of 5.6 weeks pro rata. A suitable PVG is required.
