We're Looking for an Operations Manager

New Year is a time when people often reflect on the year gone by, and that’s no different for our HR Team. Despite the unprecedented 2020, cogs continued to turn for Capability Scotland and we were delighted to have introduced new staff to our charity. And this looks to set to continue, with 30 live jobs on our careers page.

One significant appointment we’re advertising now is for a new Operations Manager. This vacancy arose as Bob McDonald has made the decision to hang up his hat and retire. We are sad to see Bob retire after many years with us but we’re pleased he’s making the best choices for himself.
